This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer. If using Netscape you must have version 4.79 or newer; be sure that JavaScript is enabled. This is found in the Preferences section (found under the Edit menu). Highlight "Advanced", and use the checkboxes to enable JavaScript.
When I log on to view my materials, it says that nothing is available or some of the items for my class are showing, but not all of them.
If you see a screen which shows "None Available" it means the professor has not yet submitted the items, or that they have not yet been processed. Certain items may be missing and may not yet be fully processed. We recommend that students check with their professor or T.A. to make sure the items have been submitted.

Students must be registered for the course to view the materials. If a student has submitted an override form for registration in the class there will be a delay between the submission of the form and when it is officially logged into the system. Contact the ER office if materials are still not available.

There are available buttons to rotate the document to your desired position in both the QuickViewer and Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you are printing the document with Adobe Acrobat, the printer will automatically orient the document correctly when printing.
I only see the copyright page when using the QuickViewer.
The QuickViewer loads each page individually to reduce the amount of time to download the document. The first page displayed in the QuickViewer is the copyright notice. Use the "Next Page" button in the upper-right hand corner to advance page by page. To view the whole document at once, please download the PDF version of the document.

Please make sure that you have a current PDF viewer installed and your web browser is set up to allow pop up windows. Also, Windows XP Service Pack 2 installs and automatically turns on web page popup blocking. You can add web pages that are from colostate.edu to the Trusted Sites list in Internet Explorer. This will allow any popups from Colorado State web pages to appear; this will allow pages such as WebCT and E-Reserve to work properly. Click here to open the pdf document "Allowing Popup Windows for Colorado State Web Sites".
